This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and responsibilities for both domestic and international orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
In case of any delay (due to product availability or shipping issues), we’ll inform you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We deliver to most cities and towns across India using reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, or India Post.
Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
Orders above ₹2,000 may qualify for free delivery, depending on ongoing offers.
3. International Shipping
We proudly serve global customers who value sustainable and handcrafted products.
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or India Post International.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees applicable in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local courier networks.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Packaging & Handling
All products are securely packed using eco-friendly materials to protect the contents during transit.
Fragile items (like handloom decor or accessories) receive additional protection to prevent damage.
We ensure that the packaging reflects our brand’s sustainable philosophy — minimal plastic, maximum care. 🌿
6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to non-delivery, re-shipping charges will apply.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to a new address.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/videos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and issue a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
Claims filed after 7 days of delivery status may not be eligible for resolution.
8. Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability or packaging requirements.
You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
9. International Delivery Limitations
Certain natural fiber or plant-based products may face import restrictions in some countries.
Before ordering, please verify if your country allows import of such goods.
